Return & Refund Policy

1. Change of mind returns

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds unless specifically stated on a product page.

If change-of-mind returns are accepted for particular items, the following conditions apply:

  • Item must be unused, unopened and returned in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals and components must be returned.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Faulty, defective or damaged items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective or damaged, please:

  1. Email info@catharsis.net.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or video that show the fault or damage.

After assessment we will offer one of the following:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (for major failures)

 

3. Incorrect or missing items

If an order arrives with missing items or items that are different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no extra cost and promptly ship replacement or missing items.

 

4. Warranty claims

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details (if applicable) are listed on the product page or will be provided on request. Manufacturer warranty claims are processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

 

5. How to request a return

To lodge a return, refund or warranty request:

  1. Email info@catharsis.net.au with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Wait for our instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), if required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
